A new hack crutch is out there, it is called Teleport Hack. It allows you to build where ever you have scouted on the map even if you are not there. It is reached via a program you download.
The new hack allows you to build in places you have scouted even if you are not anywhere near the place you build your buildings in. "It's useful for public games in going for cannon rushes for a bit of fun I guess, but this is obviously something that will not be tolerated in ladders and tournaments." says

No, of course it will not be allowed in any of our tournaments or events, just like any other hack. Using this hack will get you banned from all GosuGamers event and tournament with immediate effect with no exception. This hack will most likely not be allowed in any other tournament in the scene either. So if you see this being done to you, it is not a bug - your opponent is using some sort of hack.
