It's been a week, here is the update!
Section 1.1 is titled Scouting and Countering, and covers all of the basic info implied. Included within are fundamentals to Starcraft Theory explaining the importance of scouting--and thereby gaining the ability to pull off the proper counter--something anyone, especially a Protoss player, who hopes to be even a decent player should understand. I also give several solid tips on how to scout throughout the game, as well as general, always useful rules of thumb. And as always, stay tuned next week for the next section of the Strategical Series.
