One of the oldest Starcraft sites on the net, » Starcraft.org, has received a makeover amidst troubling security issues.
The well known site for fan fiction and its huge SCUM collection had its site hacked shortly before christmas and a worm was eating up their servers and all their content. Santa always delivers, and there was no exception with Starcraft.org.
When getting their site back up they decided to also launch their new site design and content management system they had been working on for the past 6 months. This system should eventually handle ALL .org network sites.
Some of the new additions to the site include: An all new comments section for fan fiction, a 'reclaim your fiction' function to retrieve anything lost during the unfortunate worm, submissions management module allowing you to easily edit maps(!) and short stories stored on the site, and lastly a search feature allowing you to search any part of their site quickly.
