The WGTour admin
PaTRiOT created a poll in WGTour forums called "Team USA Leader Poll". But as HovZ won had 22 votes after 26 casted votes, the poll was closed for the following reason: "Due to HovZ winning by a landslide, the outcome is obvious and the poll will be closed. " The following people where registered as options:
1st: HovZ: 22
2nd: SlavV: 3
3rd: Cosmo: 1
4th: GravatuS: 0
Whether anyone has the right to call themselves national team leaders or not and if this poll was a fair way to decide the best one is still to be discussed, and a thread is running about this in the teamliquid forums called "Team USA Elections". Check it out.
