If a team manages to do what Wild Honey Badgers did last year, winning Dreamhack from a BYOC-slot, they will receive Gaming PCs worth €1,000 in addition to the tournament prize money. Corsair will also throw in extra prizes for every step of the way!
Dreamhack is a huge supporter of underdogs, so naturally they have the onsite offline qualifiers where players tag and bag their computers from home, travel to Jönköping and gear up. Now Corsair joins the supporting line and promises extra gear for the teams coming from BYOC. First step is actually winning the BYOC qualifiers and making it to the groupstage, this will grant the team fresh gaming mouse mats from Corsair Vengeance.
If they from there on manage to start eliminating invited teams, rewards will follow for every step of the way. In the end, if a BYOC team manages to win the entire cup, each player will receive Gaming PCs from Corsair (worth €1,000). Below, all the achievements are listed - and the prizes to go with them.
