The Defense: 2nd Groupstage

The second groupstage of joinDOTA's The Defense tournament is drawing to a close. Here is how things stand.

The top four teams from each group will advance with the top two heading to the Winner's Bracket while third and fourth placed teams will be placed into the Loser's Bracket.

Ukrainian team Na`Vi and Euro-American team EG both finished with a win-loss ratio of 4-1 but neither team wanted to play the tiebreaker game. Thus Na`Vi were given first spot in Group 2 via a cointoss decision.

There is one final game to be played between mous and Fnatic to decide who will take the fourth and final qualification spot in Group 2. This means that DD will play EG while Na`Vi face Absolute Legends in the Winner's Bracket whereas WW will face either Fnatic or MOUZ, with Dignitas playing the Germans from PANZER in the loser's bracket.


All playoff matches are Best Of 3 matches and will be stream by both TobiWanKenobi and GosuGamers Casters so viewers can look forward to exciting matches to come.
