Ex-EHOME players seek sponsors

In the past week we have brought you news of the disbandment of two former powerhouses in chinese DotA; Nirvana.cn and TyLoo. With WE also officially replacing Crystal with XiaoLuo, this has left quite a number of free agents in the scene.

Born from the ashes of the teams which have fallen, we have confirmation of the birth of a new team. In an official annoucement on SGamer, Crystal, 357, KingJ, Dai as well as Awoke are actively seeking sponsors.

Even with this star-studded lineup it remains to be seen if the team can fill the void left by the disbandment of the traditional strongholds of Chinese DotA. Stay tuned for more updates regarding their quest for sponsors.

There is no way SK is gonna sponsor an asian team. And I'm so sick of seeing Crystal everywhere, this guy just never settles down, can't believe people keep taking him into their team.

What they need in this lineup is a player like ZSMJ.

#2 Given that SK just got rid of their Dota 2 team due to them not knowing the future of Dota 2, I doubt that they will want to sponsor a Dota team from China, which is even worse than sponsoring a European team at the moment.

It's another EHOME, like LDG now. There is no man who could replace 820 and also burning. But i hope they will be find sponsors and show us many good games. GL EHOME 2012!!!

OT: They'll probably switch rolls, most high level players know how to carry, you're just not used to seeing all of them do it.

On the sidenote, #36 is correct most Chinese Top players know how to carry. Best example would have to be LGD.DD. When he was in Dream he was the main carry (remember Dream.Tia's Morph). I was even amazed that he can play position 2 well also in Tyloo. Now he's playing 5 in LGD.

SK had danish team...and would mostly look for european teams such as loda's team or whatever...wouldn't work with chinese teams unless it's profitable...and no its not profitable...

GL to this team.

in regards to who carries for them, KingJ or Crystal is the best bet.

KingJ used to carry for FTD back then too. and crystal showed that he can play heroes like carry doom and BatRider.

An old replay with KingJ carrying for FTD, although ZSMJ is the main carry with his Naga Siren, the old visage (with 4 or 5 birds) was considered as a hard carry back then just like syllabear right now.

As for positions they can switch.

357/Awoke for position 4 and 5
KingJ/Crystal for carry/solo
and Dai/X!! for Mid

But it would be better to grab either Seaking/ZSMJ because i think KingJ is best suited for a utility role rather than a carry role.

They won't grab any hard carry player around. The EH Quartet formed this team due to them being good friends.

Their best option is KingJ to play carry. KingJ has sick micro plays awesome Brood (ESWC 2010).

#44 If the Ehome quartet is behind this, then if they get rid of awoke positions will be clear.

357 - Support/Baby SItter
KingJ - Initiator Support/ Ganker
Crystal - Utility/Solo/Semi Carry
Dai - Mid Semi Carry
ZSMJ/Seaking - Hard Carry

Well I think the current thread right now doesnt involve hard carries anymore since the rise of str carries like DK, Panda, Slardar etc. SO their current line-up might work for dual lanes considering these are old players who played during the era of 2-1-2 before the trilane era. Three out of five players in their current line up came from the 2-1-2 era.

Isn't it that they just recruited awoke? I believe there's a reason for this. I think its unlikely that they did not try to recruit ZSMJ because Dai and ZSMJ are good friends. Probably ZSMJ turned them down.

YaphetS cannot be added because he is a solo mid player not a hard carry like Seaking and ZSMJ..X!! already has mid role

ZSMJ is too hard for a carry, current metagame requires someone versatile in terms of carrying. Crystal honestly doesn't really carry that well, except for his remarkable doom in The International. They should get PLT aka Lanm as carry imo. He isn't too shabby.
