$14,000 Prize Pool Announced for MLG Dallas

Major League Gaming has released additional information on their MLG Dallas event which will be taking place from April 1st to the 3rd.

Beginning on April 1st, MLG Dallas will be underway as gamers will battle through three days of competition. For StarCraft 2 gamers, their goal will be the $5000 prize awarded to the winner. Passes for the event will be on sale on March 1st. A total of 256 players slots will be open for the tournament as well.

MLG Dallas will be the first of five stops in the United States for the MLG Pro Circuit before it's final competition. The second stop in the Pro Circuit will be Columbus, Ohio from June 3rd to 5th. Locations and dates for the final four competitions have yet to be announced.

MLG also recently announced its partnership with international media company IMG to expand its label internationally.
