With MYM Prime Defending 12's qualifiers ending soon, MYM has just released the groupings for the Group stage matches.| Groupings | |||

Each Group stage match will be played out in a best of two format, whereby a win will net the team three points, a draw one point and a loss zero points. The top two team with the highest score will then proceed to the playoffs.
Bets for all Group matches will be added so stay tuned to GosuGamers for more info.

Lol at groupings, mix it like random please. LAG is not an excuse, they know they would be encountering lag one way or the other when they joined this tournament in the first place duh!  |

| Failed decision by inexperienced admins. We had 10 (or was it 11?) successful or relatively successful PriDe tournaments already, with teams come from all over the world including Asian teams (and it was like 5 years ago so their internet connection must have gotten better), there is absolutely no need to do this kind of purposefully rigged groups. The teams join the tournament completely aware of the lag issue. They want to play with teams from other regions. The fans want to see their regional teams facing famous Asian teams. There are already abundant of LAN tournaments for the asians to play together, they don't need PriDe for it. PriDe MUST be international. That's the whole fun in it. Again, failed decision. Did you consult the teams before? |

| admin from mym.. are you guys just trying to be dumb??? no offense but as you can see most of the follower of this tourney are asking you to re-shuffle it and you don't even care about our request which will make this tourney more exciting. BIAS!!! |
| i would say asis group A an B are ok if you dont let they batlle again aftel the group stage Danny89 or mym pride grid maker if you dont spread they in the playoff it look more like let knockout the asis team of this tournament ....  |

Looks like they put all powerhouse asian teams in GroupA and GroupB. Lag is not the issue here beacause europe and asian team will still meet. With this kind of bracketing it only means that they are afraid of asians. Scared of LGD.sGty SB Nirvana.cn AEON and Ks.Nirvana? lol |

| IMO To solve the lag issue admins can choose a suitable host or in best of 2 matches, the first 1 will be Asia host, and the second in non-Asia. Anyway go SB, although A is a hard group. |

| #120 only chinese teams are imba yet deity didnt even make it out of their group at WCG asia? moran. complete fail here by MYM PRIDE admins... the whole fun of PRIDE is playing good teams from all over the world (even if it is on 100 ping, shock horror). theres many asian tournies where teams can play each other regardless of who makes it out of groups A and B, some of the best teams in the tourney are being denied chances to play the best euro teams and thats dissapointing, especially since timezones make it near impossible to organise scrims asia->euro. thats why ppl play pride. again, mym pride doesnt have a high prizepool, ppl play this tourney for chance to play the best teams from around the world... understandably the initial qualifiers are region based, seeing as there is probably hundreds of teams. but to also do this for the groupstages sucks balls... whats next? organising the playoffs based on region? semifinals like asia v asia, euro v euro? lame. can watch these teams play each other any day of the week. |

| actually u dont really lose much i guess.. could they did mention NV.CN might FF so that means LGD and SB are sure too advance.. for group B its prob KS and AEON anyway.. mcity and prime wont make it far too.. (well it would be nice if they prove me wrong!) so if NV.cn forfeits its all good.. if not definitely waste one team.. and as long as the nxt round is not region based then it should be okay |
| just got back from a week lock which prevented me from saying anything.. guess there's nth for me to say.. i did explaint a little more on my "returning" thread but it was locked too.. all the best speculating! |
