Why would a Zerg make Roaches vs Terran?

TvsZ is probably my worst or second worst matchup, at least when the Zerg is half decent.
Oh, I'm obviously not as good as most people on this forum.
In all this time, I have never, not even once, beaten a human player Zerg who is just doing zerglings, banelings, and infestors, but I've only lost to Roaches (as Terran,) like one time, I think the first time I played against it. It's easy because as soon as you see a roach warren just start massing about 50/50 marauders vs marines, and get 2 to 4 medivacs and the Zerg loses.
I can beat a High Platinum Zerg if they are making Roaches, but if A Bronze zerg makes Zerglings and Banelings I cannot beat them, espcailly if they add a few infestors, so it pisses me off.
Seriously, all a Zerg has to do is make zerglings the whole game and attack-move with about 25% banelines and a few infestors, and I lose, because there's no way for me to micro fast enough to not get my army slaughtered, and the T needs literally like 5 times the micro actions to survive a A-move Zergling/baneling attack.
It's been this way since the game was released.
If the definition of "Fairness" in a game is "Each player gets equal reward for equal effort and equal knowledge" then TvsZ simply is not fair. All of the Zerg units end up being a LOT stronger in-game than they are on paper, and when I can copy a pro build order and get a win vs a Roach player, but honestly say to myself, in spite of using a pro strategy, "The only reason I won is because that guy doesn't know what he's doing, if he'd just gone lings and banelings I'd lose," then something is just plain wrong.
It does not make sense an "A-move and ignore your opponent" attack from a Zerg has only "Micro harder" for the Terran as it's "counter".
I also see it a lot in team games, where Zerglings are the only thing the Zerg player ever needs to build. Roaches are good if they have a T ally with medivacs though.
Oh yeah, no offense to him, but I found Apollo's Zerg tutorial revolting, as most of the players he was against couldn't beat a medium computer in 1vs1, and there was nothing to "learn" from it one way or another, except his hot key setup. I was offended at the fact that he was making a mockery of some unranked 12 year olds or casual gamers, and there was nothing much to learn for playing either with or against the Zerg in that first segment, except that Zerglings plus A-move obviously beats anyone who can't keep at least 50 APM or more from micro alone.
I've never lost a TVT, TVP, PVP, or PVT where I said, "Well, that was just complete bullshit," I could always easily identify mistakes I made or reasons I could have played better, but most vs Zerg games feel almost liek the opponent is cheating or something, unless they're a complete moron and make Roaches, which gives me a free win.
So what do you do to counter Zergling/baneling/infestors?
If you say "micro more" then my response is "The game is unbalanced, because all the Zerg is doing is A-moving".

What are you? like diamond or platinum? at this particular level if you TRUELY believe zerg to be this much better, you should just switch race, getting to these leagues is like 1-2 weeks of playing so it's not that much to be catching up with, but you should be warned, the grass is not neccecarily greener on the other side.
