What's the best configuration betwenn these 2 PCs

PC 1 :
Processor : Intel® Core™ i5-2300 CPU @ 2.80 Ghz.
(RAM) : 4.00 go DDR3.
System type: 64-bit operating Sgystème.
Graphics Card: NVIDIA GeForce 9500 GT
Motherboard: Foxconn P67A-s

PC 2 :
processor : Intel Core i5 [email protected]
Sandy Bridge 32nm Technology
(RAM) : 4.00 GB DDR3 @ Canal Double 665 MHz Ram Good
motherboard : Intel Corporation DH67VR
graphics card : ATI Radeon HD 5570 (Sapphire / PCPartner)

I know that 9500 GT is weak but i want to know what's better (motherboards, processors)

The PC2 is definately better than the first without worries..

the only thing i dont like in PC2 is his motherboard but cool :)

They are both horrible for gaming. i5 is overkill on low end graphics.

save $50 on cpu and put that money into graphic card

Better processor dude, better then any i5 if you want a serious gaming machine, that would also apply to graphic cards in both cases. If you're really short on cash, get at least AMD Athlon II X4 series processor and perhaps a a gforce card from early gtx series, eg. 260 - shouldn't be expensive. 4 gigs of ram is pretty much a minimum nowdays, since you want to run x64 system anyways.
