no leagues, they will die after 1-2 weeks of activity, people play cw with team or prefere matchmaking . At a top level of matchmaking you wont see a game w/o wards or courier, so whats the point for a league ? To earn 100$ ? majority of the times that money is not even paid. Some ppl would say to avoid the so called "russians" (70% of the time they are not even russians), well i'm sad to say bro they will be on the league as well , so again no point of a league

#5 i guess you have never played in a good inhouse league. money is really not the point here. point is you get to play versus good/better players and get to know them. there are often ladders to motivate people, but noone really cares about awards. many clans are formed from people knowing each other from inhouses, there are rivalries which contribute to even higher motivation, newbs/flamers/annoying people are usually removed which increases the overall quality of games. and so on...

but the sad truth is that there seem to be no open inhouses, at least not in europe. in time, maybe.
