Get rid of 6 pool build

I play zerg but I think the 6 pool build is really the annoying thing...
It may or may not work but it's annoying.
So, this is the idea : suppose the creep could evolve over time, making it easier to build things, in fact making it cheaper.
If you go for 6 pool build, your pool would cost, for example 400 minerals, whereas if you build it by the time you get your 12th or 13th drone, it will cost only 200 or 150 minerals ( remember in early Broodwar the spawning pool costed only 150 minerals, then Blizzard decided to raise the cost to 200 minerals to make the 6 pool build less effective ).
What do you think ?

Blizzard had a reason to raise the cost to 200 instead of 150 in Broodwar, and so far so good. If you're scouting that in time, may it be broodwar or SC2, it's really easy to hold, even if you're going CC 1st, or hatch 1st, you still can win those games. Saw Taeja even holding 6 pool+ drone all in when he did CC 1st. So, I think it's just fine as it is

I mean you're idea is interesting though probably un-implementable. You can't really destabilise the game by changing the price of stuff like that. All races get a unit producing facility for 250 minerals, just for zerg's one they don't also get 10 supply. (pylon gate, rax sup dep)
