Can Rubick steal "summom spirit bear" spell from Sylla and then farm and push with him just like sylla??

yeah, but when your spell is over or when you steal another spell, the bear disapear.

You can't steal the bear, it was removed in the patch right after the addition of Rubick.

#6, #7, clearly you are playing a different game than Dota 2 because here you can steal summon bear.

You can summon the bear but it disappears when you die and/or the ulti duration is over and/or steal something else. Not quite worth it but it's bloody pain in the lane so if you manage to steal it early, it's worth keeping it around for a while.
