Original interview conducted by Replays.net
source link: dota2.replays.net/page/20120718/1709149.html
(This is my first time doing translate here so mistakes will be inevitable, any suggestions will be welcomed)

Q: Thanks for your time to take our interview. And say hello to our fans.
LGD.xiao8: Hi I am LGD.xiao8.

Q: First I am good to know that you guys had got the Visa of USA. I was told that it would be very difficult to pass the Visa interview. Can you share us some details?
LGD.xiao8: Actually I was kind of nervous at first, worried we could fail, you know. However after we entered the embassy, the securities figured out who we were and started chatting with us .Then things became much easier, just passed through some standing procedures and everything went quite smooth.

Q: As we have more and more players playing dota2 in China, Valve is also making progress in game update, do you think dota2 will take place of dota1 in the possible future?
LGD.xiao8: I cannot say it for sure but dota2 is a great game. Maybe we need some time to prove it.

Q: Will your team focus on dota2 and practice harder from now on?
LGD.xiao8: We will practice more because we have almost finished our dota1 matches.

Q: Well, Na’vi is considered the best team in the world. Which opponents in TI2 are stronger in your opinion? Chinese teams or foreign teams?
LGD.xiao8: Chinese teams are great powerhouses with stable strategies while foreign teams are more mysterious. To us their tactics still remains unknown. You can’t underestimate each 16 teams in TI2.

Q: Do you think Na’vi will no longer be undefeated in TI2?
LGD.xiao8: I think there will be a great chance to witness that.

Q: How much do your team prepare for TI2? Are there any possibilities to see your team play different hero line-ups that you never used before?
LGD.xiao8: Let’s wait and see.

Q: Okay! Is that means you guys are fully prepared for it?
LGD.xiao8: No one dares to say so but we will give the best shot.

Q: What do you think of the recent news that dota2 is confirmed as a WCG official game?
LGD.xiao8: This is definitely great news to dotaers and even exciting news to professional dota players.

Q: We have heard the rumors that “Perfect World” will be the agent of dota2 in China. Is it good or bad for the players in China to have a agent?
LGD.xiao8: Of course it is a good thing. Dota2 need a reliable agency in China.

Q: Do you think “Perfect World” is a reliable agency? Do you in favor of them?
LGD.xiao8: I have no idea. However, no matter which company is the agency, they better not let us down.

Q: So, TI2 in Seattle will be more excellent than TI1 in Gamescom, right?
LGD.xiao8: Sure.

Q: The clock is ticking, we can see the TI2 is around the corner. How many hours does your team train on dota2 every day in average?
LGD.xiao8: It depends. And it is also unnecessary to reveal this.

Q: Tell us what you think of the game balance when dota2 is in beta.
LGD.xiao8: In fact I can’t see any difference. Professional players will soon get used to it.

Q: We can see many teams are designing their TI2 uniforms. Has LGD.dota finished designing uniforms for TI2?
LGD.xiao8: Not yet.

Q: What is the difference between Chinese and foreign players?
LGD.xiao8: We consider playing dota as a career.

Q: Again thank you very much for taking this interview. Any words you want to say to your fans? By the way give us a shoutout for the coming TI2.
LGD.xiao8: Thanks Replays.net for interviewing, and big thanks to those friends and sponsors who support us all along. Shoutout to LGD! LGD for the win!
