so since i'm kind of new here , we can't register for a tour like this? i mean those team prolly invited , but there won't be some tour / some sort of thing before that tour so other teams can sign?...

#1 gor GEST IDC they did run tournament in Asia to qualifier to the group stage of invite team like:
Cambodia, Laos, Thailand, Vietname, Indonesia, Malaysia, Philipine, and prize for the qualifier is 300$ the top 2 team of each country will play together till top 4 teams to fill the 4 slot of group stage.

There are qualifiers in Singapore too but no one signs up. Ever.
