im really annoyed by the 1-5 seconds animation delay

for example
you hear the fissure sound and see the damage+creeps dying etc but after 4 seconds later the fissure graphic is shown
and thats for every animation all game long

sound is good most of the times but the soundvolume of the casters is same level as the ingame sound
makes it hard to understand stuff sometimes

hope they gonna fix that shit soon
really makes no sense at the moment to watch the livegames ingame

the ticket is 100% worth for watching replays atm. Live DOTATV will be good just before the international most likely.

no clue...
in dota1 we had freereplays for everyone^^
but thats another story...

it depends on what you want
i wanted to watch the livegames and chat with people
valve shouldnt have asked for money already because the stuff obviously wasnt really tested before

and i expect the shit to work when i pay money for it^^
i dont care too much because tobi gets money from it and he really deserves it
so... just hoping that the animationdelay gets fixed this week

#3 So they are testing it while people spend their money on this ?If it was free nobody would complain. The test was done on TI2 qualifiers,i didn't buy The Defense ticket, but afaik the situation hasn't improved since then, still lag and delay ingame.

You either give a free product(live games) that has flaws and people won't complain cause it's free,or you sell your product, but whoever buys it expects to be perfect. That's my opinion.

#6 I think that people who watch it now,who are max 500 i think, experience the same lag-delay issues with the 4-5k that used to be on TI2 quals.

yea its super shitty, i remember how it was during the int 2 qualifier, u can hear the sounds from toby stream like half a sec or 1 sec ahead sometimes and the animation bug sucks like hell.

#7 can't know that. And also can't blame Valve for anything or expect anything in a beta game (fuck what they said, it is obviously beta). You know there will be problems, you know there is a free stream and you know you can watch the replays for free and that by it's self is worth the money, but still you think it's not fair?!

Plus, even Tobi said they are doing the testing for it just now, with The Defence, they are not "asking you for money", don't make it like they force you.. It's only 5$ (for over 150 matches!) after all, don't make it a big deal..
