i cant start my dota 2 error said its

failed to load launcher DLL:
The specified module could not be found.

I have a question too. I've got a beta key and I'm having problem in downloading DotA 2 from steam. Can I download DotA 2 by using Internet Dowload Manager?? If you know, please tell me. Thanks a lot.
