Please, try application for tracking replays to twitter.

It's just 0.2 version, so if any bugs on it, please report at that topic.

How to
1. Download, intall and run application.
2. Select your starcraft 2 replays directory.
3. Configure your tweets pattern.
4. Start to play and enjoy twitts about your application progress.

Ideas of the use
Broadcasters - when you streaming, all your replays automaticaly uploads to our server and your twitter follower can to found that easy.
Lan events - if you install and run application at every PC at your event and your twitter followers can to track all the results (even for games your broad caster skip).
or you can simply track your game history.
