Assuming that he's finally introduced in CM.

From my games in this hero, I guess that he'll do well in organized games, too.

To help you theory-craft, this hero is a nuker, debuffer, blinker, slower, tanker and pusher.

To help you theory-craft with details, I've included this:

Slowers (Eradar, Lanaya)
Chasers (heroes that could give true sight/remove the fog, Wisp-synergize Timber Chain very well)

Magic immunity (omni, naix, xin, jugger, mangix, bkb users)
Silencers (orchid, single targetted and AoE silencers)
Mana burners (mana burners through passive/spells/aura, diffusal+manta users)

explanation?

Facts about Doom:
1. Doom does not disable your hero's Reactive Armor to stop it from working because the passive triggers before the attack is actually dealt on the Goblin Shredder. Thus, your hero's HP regeneration which regenerates up to 16 HP/sec will help you to heal the damage over time dealt from the Doom.
2. None of your BloodStone's special death effects are hindered while your hero is Doomed.
Fighting Doom:
1. Get Linkens. It blocks Doom normally and completely. But if Linken’s cooldown ends during Doom, Linken's will go back on cooldown without blocking or ending Doom.
2. Get Blademail. If you can activate it before you are doomed, Blademail's damage return will be applied also to the Lucifer.

I'm not experienced in drafting. Please kindly teach me from banning to picking phases of the game w/ this hero. Thank you so much in advance!

He'll probably be banned if he doesn't get nerfed. I'd pick him early and let him have any side lane either with or without support.
