What program is used to set game latency in dota??? What program needs to download? Please reply. Thanks!

I wouldn't use this on a client. And this has to be used by the host, so you might as well host on a client instead.

i wan to ask what latency to use when player ping araound 150-60 ms? i use hostbot

100ms should be fine. If you can change it on the fly just keep going lower until someone reports spiking.
