It requires korean social security and working handphone number with korean telecom. In short, you pinoy have no chance to play that korean games unless you have a korean friend or buy your way in(yeah...right).

edit: do not pm/ask me because i don't have korean account.

@4 it also has a taiwanese,japanese, and chinese version... does the same goes for the 3?
