DotaTalk is now looking for passionate, enthusiastic and dedicated players to form its own competitive Dota 2 Team to represent DotaTalk in tournaments, LANs and more. DotaTalk, although quite new, is currently working on a long term project and a part of it includes having its own competitive Dota 2 Team. Other than the competitive team, we also have live streams, shout casting, an active forum and much more.
What are we looking for?
Here at DotaTalk we take things quite seriously. Because of this we are looking for members who are able to represent us at a very high, competitive level. We are mainly looking for people who have previous experience with e-sports. Experience with DotA 2 is not a requirement but you should know the basics of how A-RTS/Moba games work.
Basically we are not looking for the best players there are (experience is always welcome though) but instead we are looking for dedicated players who want to build a team from scratch to become one of the best in the world. In addition to this, you should be able to take and provide constructive criticism.
What are you looking for?
You are looking for a team that will take you to the top. You have been searching for a team for a long time but in order to join one of the best teams in the world, you had to know someone internally or be exceptionally good at what you do already. Instead of this, you are now looking for a new team that is just getting started but has high ambitions to make it to the top.
Requirements
If you are interested and want to join there are of course a couple of requirements. You need to..
• Speak fluent English
• Have a mic to be able to talk to other players (using RaidCall).
• Be available during the evenings (GTM, European time) .
• Practice at least 15 hours a week spread over at least 4 days with the team.
• You do not have to be European but you should be able to make it to most (if not all) of the practices/matches

And what will you do for the team? Send them to LAN events and such? y0
First of all, the team needs to get to know eachother and learn to play with eachother. We will eventually send them to LAN events, yes.
