DOTA 2 PROBLEM

soo i have dota 2 beta key for like 7-8 months and all worked good till last few days when my computer started to turn off everytime i play dota 2 (sometimes it turns off after 5-10-15-20 mins, imported thing is that its turning off) on the other side all other games i play (fifa,dota1,football manager etc.) work just fine...i have problem only with dota, REMEMBER it starded about week ago.. i reinstalled steam and dota (didnt work), i reinstalled windows (didnt work) please help me..

Here is my configuration:

Processor: AMD athlon ™ 64 x2 dualcore 4200+ (2CPUs) -2.2
Memory: 2GB RAM
Graphic card: ASUS EAH5450 silent series (512 DDR2)

And im using windows 7 ultimate.

I hope that somebody can help me :)

I had same problem,its the graphic card getting overheated just lower all video details and it should work.(at least that worked for me)
Dress to kill...bleh.

i think your pc is overheating try to take down the side case from your pc :)

Same problem with Icemonkey but definately not due to overheating.

CPU: AMD FX 4-core 3.6Ghz
RAM: 16GB
GFX: Sapphire HD6670 (2GB ddr3)
OS: windows 7 ultimate.

guys if your PC off or restart after started the game... just go say on your Windows fuck of and put on your PC new windows... I think your problem will be fixed !

Could be faulty RAM.
Or bad graphics card.

Aint any off these Tardhunter since i play other games without probs and they aint heating shit with dota2 ;S

now everytime i start dota 2 i have to play on lowest resolution, when i put on my resolution and restart dota 2..it brings me back on lowest

it looks like an overheating problem. Check cpu/gpu for overheating when playing dota 2. My graphic cards its really put to a stress when playing dota 2. I hope they will twick a little in future updates

strange... i play almost everything on highest with a sucking pc and graphic card and never had such problems

i opened one side of computer case and its fine now :) and i set up max fps on console on 35 max...sooo obviously it was overheating :))))

you better get some fans instead opening ur case ;)
