Quantic deserve a stable and strong team. They treat you like a family. Very awesome organization. From how I know PIG&co they fit perfectly for Quantic really.
As for me, I don't have a reason to be mad. Sure it's sad to not be part of Quantic but I'm still talking with them and chatting in the secret skype party channel =D
I'm sure that something good will come out of this mess that we have been in around end of march/april - it always does !

It's not a "mistake" to go for your dreams. The problem here is the the way - forced by eclypsia - we left quantic and the reasoning being naive and trusting people.
