Any1 using both of these or perhaps have knowledge on these products?
I am having some problems with my PC (freezes randomly during DOTA2) & i think it may be due to the combination of these 2 products (where the BIOS stated my SSD as IDE rather than AHCI/RAID & it will only run at SATA2 3.0Gbs rather than the supposed SATA3 6.0Gbs)..

You mean BSODs?
Check OCZ website, they got a firmware update for all sandforce 2281 driven SSDs (I believe Agility3 uses Sandforce 2281), they used to have frequent BSODs.
Oh and btw, you need to have the SSD in AHCI mode not IDE mode for the firmware update.

1. to use AHCI mode u need to install the OS with AHCI mode turned ON.
its possible to activate AHCI afterwards aswell, but it needs some workaround (google helps)
2. get newest ssd firmware
3. make sure u really use the sata3 slot + sata3 compatible cabel.
