The only part that's better on joinDOTA than on gosugamers is the live streaming tab. The forum, matchticker and news seem better on ggnet to me.

seems like GGnet is the source for dota news

but for dota 2. JD has more bulk than GGnet :C

joindota : announced long time ago and still ugly ass non practical website.

ggnet is better in every aspect except one : stream info is often wrong.
