Intel core 2 duo 2.2 ghz e4500
Kingston 4 gb ram ddr2
I am planning to buy MSI Radeon HD 6770 how much fps will i get at max settings?

Nobody can precisely know since it's an unstable game still. I would say minimum of 45-60fps. Which is enough. My humble opinion

It should run at 50-60fps with a configuration like that, not much more, and with most options off. Source engine games are heavily dependent on CPU power, and a C2D 2.2ghz isn't very powerful.

You gonna bottleneck with that cpu, buy a i5 or i7.

It's the Source engine god damn it.
It doesn't require that much.

To OP: no, you won't have more than 60 FPS probably.
