Never seen tower rush as orc... Btw the strategy is alwais the same if you spot a tower rush incoming( i suppose you are playing orcs): build 2-3 additional workers to repair structures, maybe build a shop far away of the base, get tier 2 and rape the towers with catas
It is important that you don't loose too many units due to towers
Tips that a tower rush is incoming:
Orc: early lumber gathering point ( gosh i don't remeber the name)
Human: no fast expand and, if well executed, fast tech to tier 2 to get casters
Ud: no idea but it should be quite easy to defend... maybe you can check the ud hero inventory and look for the item that creates corrupted terrain
Btw if you go around with your BM early game you should understand if you get tower rushed and act accordingly to the situation
Also your building positioning will greatly help defending tower rushes: burrows do not have to be exposed: to kill them the opponent needs to come into the base and face you on meele
Wood gatherers need to react quickly in order to repair your throne / barracks/ main hall therefore you should place them nearby
If possible, especially against human and orc, try to snipe few workers while he is on the route to your base, this action will slow the construction of additional towers and, if he brings just 1-2 workers, completely prevent him from threatening you
In case of orcs and Undeads since they have no militias, it should be ok to face them before they reach your base if you think you can overwhelm them
I am actually not sure if the orc towers have more range than the human towers: if that is the case, it would be quite ok to spend some lumber in excess to place 1-2 of them in order to prevent the enemy tower line from advancing further
