What speed on the net do u need to stream properly.

Maybe not full HD but pretty good quality.

I got 10Mb Down and 0.75 up.

0.75 up is not good enough to be honest. If you want decent quality you atleast need like 0.8-0.9 just for the stream but I'd say the best would be to have 1mbit up to be able to actually stream with a good quality

dl doesnt matter at all.

u need at least 2mb upload for watchable stream.

about as much ul as dl to watch the stream, so i guess 360p is the max with ur con, mb even that ll lag

well, i don't know much about it, but let me give my dumb opinion. It seems your internet is ADSL (Asymmetric DSL). It means your bandwidth is asymmetric: you have a download speed more than 10 times bigger than your upload speed. This is usually destined to home and personal clients that consume much more information than produce. If you're seeking to produce a lot of information in bits, like streaming, you should try to get a bandwidth that is kinda more balanced... or seeking a service for servers... Server connections tend to have more speed for uploading... Your 10Mb down will not help you on anything if you're streaming... what you need to care is about your upload speed...
