My current Pc suffers from a poor PSU I guess. When I play a high graphic game , PSU heats like crazy and system shuts down after like 5-10 minutes.

That case is $106 , not cheap at all. I am still trying to configure a system.

Ram speed (MHZ) greatly affects your system speed right ? I am thinking about 2000 Mhz

I have problem deciding the motherboard and the case.

I want a cost efficient system.

Everything's fine except for the PSU and the Graphics card imho. Check out the Radeon HD 5870
