My newly built computer with (old stuff) does not wanna start. It starts for 3-4 seconds and then restarts. Screen doesnt even get to show anything however all the fans starts running one by one.

What is that a sign of?

RAM/Graph card/Harddrive is not the problem. Should be working perfect!

Im thinking my power supply is lacking the power to run it and is therefore shutting down when it "runs out of power".

If someone knows about this problem lemmi know. :) Thanks

Mb: Gigabyte GA-P35-DS3R
cpu: Core 2 Quad Q9450 2.66 ghz

Sounds like you haven't pluged in all of your power supply cables. What's yor hardware and does you're motherboard beep? Be sure u have connected every device and cables correctly.
