Hmm interesting but, being COMPLETELY honest here, that sounds nothing like the bands listed or melodic death metal xD

F.ex. In Flames(SWE), Dark Traquillity(SWE), The Haunted(SWE), Sonic Syndicate(SWE), children of bodom(FIN), killswitch engage(US), trivium(US), soilwork(SWE), pain confessor(FIN), norther(FIN), bullet for my valentine(UK), diablo(FIN), apocalyptica(FIN), Judas Priest(UK), Pantera(US), Sinergy(FIN), Tarot(FIN), Chimaira(US), Lamb of god(US), as i lay dying(US), unerath(US), heaven shall burn(GER), a dozen furies(US), god forbid(US), amorphis(FIN), within temptation (NLD), Black Sabbath (UK), Evanesence(US), Sentenced(FIN)..

-> Swedish metal is usually pretty easy.. Not so aggressive and they sing a lot with pure voice (Not Dark Tranquillity), Finnish is usually aggressive and usually US is this 'Wall Of Death' and 'Pit Circle' stuff ROFL ;D Nah US bands kicks ass <3 ^^;

Tho I bet you dont like 99% those 'cus it seems u like to listen 'easy' metal (try those in tis order SWE/UK -> FIN -> USA)

PS. Tokio Hotel... ? Are u kidding me = D Is it btw a girl or a boy singer = D? OH and the new singer of Nightwish suck balls t.t;

AND IF SOME1 WANTS TO KNOW SOME GOOD SONGS FROM THOSE ARTISTS FEEL FREE TO MSG ME AND ILL HELP YOU! ^^;

The bands you've listed there seem to be Power & Symphonic metal orientated rather than Death Metal. Anyways I'll give you my list:

Power Metal -
Freedom Call (GER)
Derdian (ITA)
Dragon Force (UK)
Hammerfall (SWE)

Death Metal -
In Flames (SWE)

Symphonic Metal -
Within Temptation (NOR)
Rhapsody (ITA)

Heavy Metal -
Kipelov (RUS)
Metallica (USA)
Black Sabbath (UK)

Other Metal -
Drowning Pool (USA)
Deftones (USA)
Disturbed (USA)
Lordi (FIN)

If your looking for more 'melodic' metal then you should try the European bands 1st because a large majority of them use keyboards to enhance their music to give their music a more melodic sound.

#5 Actually Within Tempation is from Netherlands and Rhapsody changed their name to Rhapsody of Fire due to trademark issues 1 year ago.

PS. ...Lordi T.T; 8d
