After the 32 players are known, it is now time for the group selection. Eight players are group leaders, but the question is, who will they choose?
The top two of the last GGSL combined with the top placings in the qualifier tournaments have decided the group leaders. All of these players will lead a group and will be allowed to choose any player not in the grid yet, starting with Pj's choice. After Pj has chosen a player, it will be Sen's choice to choose a player, and so on. Then, the person that Pj chose gets to choose a player until all players have been chosen.

After all players have been chosen, the last player chosen in each group will decide which map will be the starting map for that specific group, chosen from the map pool of the event.
The players will assemble in channel Op GosuGamers-1 on Friday, August 3rd at 19:00 CET. All other personnel are requested to stay in Op GosuGamers-2 where they will receive live updates. If any player can not show up at this specific time, we request them to make contact with the administrators.
