Some of America's finest are set to compete in the Carbon Masters playoffs, starting in a few hours.
Competitive Overwatch seems to never take a break. Coming up today, some of the best Overwatch teams in North America will compete in Carbon Masters’ first Overwatch event. This month, the qualification process finished, with four teams (RiseNation, T1P, Huckleberry and H2K) from the qualifier joining the six invited teams that were already waiting for the main event to start.
The teams will fight in a single elimination bracket for their share of the $7,500 prize pool. Hopefully we will see some very interesting games. Renowned teams like FaZe and compLexity will have to fight off strong qualified teams like Rise Nation. Going into this event, FaZe might be seen as the favorites, as they are currently ranked forth in North America, and have looked strong in their latest games.

There will be more incentive than the prize money to do well in this event. The teams that place in top spots will directly advance to the playoffs for next months event.
