StarLadder has revealed more information on the groups and schedule for upcoming CIS Minor Championship.?
With only a few days after the first Minor Championship tournament has concluded, we will have a new one starting in just two days. The first Minor Championship featured teams from North America, where SPLYCE managed to reign on top. Now, it is the time for eight CIS teams to cross their spears and decide who will earn a ticket for the closed LAN qualifier for the next major in Columbus.
After, a difficult qualification process, the eight teams are now being divided into two groups with four in each. They will have to pass GSL groups in order to make it to the playoffs, where the real challenge will await. The group stage matches will be played in a best of one and best of three format, while the playoffs will only see best of three matches.
