In two announcements on their website today, Riot has confirmed a duo of events to take place this winter --the opening of the Legacy Skin Vault and the self-gifting service Mystery Skin.

The Legacy Skins will only be available from November 29th to December 31st and will feature 47 previously retired skins. Over the duration of the sale, each skin will be 50% off for one day only before returning to its original price for the rest of the event. A chart including all skins to be available as well as their price and discount day can be found here.
In addition, from November 29th to December 2nd, Riot will be including a bundle containing all Legacy Skins and their corresponding champion at a significant discount. The price of the bundle will be adjusted according to already owned skins/champions.
During the same period of November 29th to December 2nd Riot has announced that “Mystery Skin” will be available. Much like the Harrowing’s “Mystery Gift”, Mystery Skin will provide the recipient with a random skin worth 520 Riot Points or more, but this time Mystery Skin gives the skin to yourself. As an added bonus, Riot has said that the Legacy Taipei Assassin Skins as well as the Riot Skins will be included in the event.
