The infested terran Morrow secures his place in the final round of the open bracket as he defeats Slog 2-0 without much trouble.Slog could not take a single set against Mouz's Morrow as a bad timing push on Testbug from the protoss cost Slog his whole army, which melted under a pouring rain of banelings and was later just overrun by massive numbers of speedlings and infestors.
Slog decided to play more passively on Metalopolis but that did not work well for him as well. Overcommitting to defensive play gave Morrow the freedom to expand and macro up while in the mean time executing flawless baneling drops on the mineral lines of Slog. A few minutes and several bane bombs later, Morrow had more bases than Slog had probes and when the final confrontation happened, the Zerg had an infestor for basically every Protoss unit.
Morrow's opponent in Round 6 of the open bracket will be the victor of Fenix and Vibe, a match currently being played. Also in the Round 6 July will be facing Agh and Axslav will go against Major. The winners of the round's matches will be seeded into the four pools.
