Yesterday, day 1 of DreamHack Summer ended with the first few matches in groups E and F. Today, the war resumes as July and Huk face their opponents in attempt to hold their leader positions.

July face little resistance in his first two games in day 2 of DHS '11. After slapping down Sjow's sim-city mistake in game one and denying the marine/scv all-in in game two, July swarmed through EG's Machine in under 15 minutes to take the top spot in his group and guarantee his advance to the Ro16. Thorzain is currently second in Group F, playing HasuObs at the moment in a match that will greatly increase the winner's chances to qualify from the group.

It took HuK a bit longer to get his 4-0 score. After defeating Bischu 2-1 in a protoss, HuK faced Lalus and had to play exhausting 40+ minute long game on Shakuras Plateau. For a long time HuK could not engage Lalush's army headlong due to the extraordinary amount of Brood Lords, but after the protoss stockpiled a ton of resources, he managed to chew his way through the zerg swarm and take the series 2-0.

HuK is currently playing Moon for the first place in Group E.
