2018 couldn’t start with bigger news coming from the Chinese scene than the return of three living legends.
The news broke on the 1st of January when Zhang 'xiao8' Ning announced on his Weibo account his decision to resurrect Big God with the main purpose of introducing a new player into the competitive scene.
This is the second time when xiao8 makes a competitive comeback only to help a youngster to build a professional career. Exactly two years ago, on the 1st of January 2015 xiao8 formed Big God along with BurNing, Bai 'rOtK' Fan and Zhang 'LaNm' Zhicheng to give a chance to an up and coming support player named Li ‘iceice' Peng. Only three months after he played with the Chinese legends, iceice was recruited by Wings Gaming and one year later would go winning The International 2016.
Retired for a year now, xiao8, found a new star that deserves a career kick start. Shen '??/Invincible' Chao is an offlaner with 8K MMR on the old ranking system, top 100 in China on the new Leaderboards ranks, who will enter the scene alongside BurNing, Ferrari and xiao8.
