Former member of Team Empire back in the TI4 days, Ivan 'VANSKOR' Skorohod returns home after over three years of playing with various CIS and European teams.
The International 2017 was a true adventure for Team Empire. They began by delivering a nice surprise in the CIS qualifiers for the event when they won it all, thus claiming the only spot available in their region. But the trip to Seattle was really unfortunate for Empire as their carry player couldn’t join the team at the biggest event of the year due to passport issues. In spite of all that, Team Empire managed to reach an honorable top eight at TI7 with Roman 'Resolut1on' Fominok standing in for them.
At the beginning of this month, on September 4, Empire lost their support player Vladimir 'RodjER' Nikogosyan to Natus Vincere and they were left with a four man roster. It took Empire only one week to complete the roster for the new season and today, September 12, the Russian organization is ready to welcome back an old friend of theirs, Ivan 'VANSKOR' Skorohod.
