DeMoN is back and joins Team Tuho

Team Tuho bolster their squad with the addition of DeMoN, while Asuna exits the team.

In early August, amongst The International 2017 hype, we saw a new team take form – Team Tuho. The team featured some familiar faces in that of Max ‘qojqva’ Bröcker and Ylli ‘Garter’ Ramadani and a few new, up and coming players. Just over a month later and the team has a new addition after losing one of their support players.

With Salvador ‘Asuna’ Khamis being on a small holiday as the team went into a bout of qualifiers and tournaments, the team was forced into using standins, which isn’t always the best way to go. However, it ended up working in Tuho’s favor as they seemed to find great synergy with a very well-known player in the Dota 2 scene; Jimmy ‘DeMoN’ Ho. Being unable to wait for the return of their former member, Jimmy joined the team and they will move forward with this roster.

Easily one of the most prominent players in the Dota 2 scene, DeMoN has been around since day 1, with teams like Meet Your Makers, EG, Team Liquid and Digital Chaos. Even though he has featured in some of the biggest names in the game, he has never found outright success in any major tournaments. After taking his Team Onyx to the Kiev Major, DeMoN moved on to join compLexity Gaming for a brief period before he begun this season playing for a newcomer team who played StarLadder i-League Invitational 3 open qualifiers together. This team moved on to become Infamous secondary squad, Infamous.Young – but it would be without the inclusion of DeMoN who has moved in to join Garter on Team Tuho.

The roster for Team Tuho is:

Germany Max 'qojqva' Bröcker
Sweden Micke 'miCKe' Nguyen
Kosovo Yll 'Garter' Ramadani
Sweden Aydin 'iNsania' Sarkohi
United States Jimmy ‘DeMoN’ Ho

We look forward to seeing this team perform, and can witness this later today as Team Tuho will engage in the grand finals of the ROG Masters EMEA regional qualifiers. A win for the team will take them through to the LAN playoffs, which will be a massive stepping stone for the squad. We wish them all the luck in the upcoming season.
