M19 venture into Dota 2 with Funn1k roster

M19, a Russian esports organization, has made the venture into Dota 2 picking up a roster featuring Gleb "Funn1k" Lipatnikov.

Well known CIS veteran Funn1k had most recently been part of the Double Dimension roster formed on May 1st. While the month has progressed, along with their journey into the regional scene, the team was picked up by one of the notable Russian organizations already active in LOL and Hearthstone, M19.

Although Funn1k is the most notable name on the team, the squad will be led by Mikhail “Misha” Agatov of Comanche fame who is looking forward to the new season and adventure.

We are happy to come to an understanding with M19. We are waiting for a stable, long-term and productive cooperation. Our roster well communicates to each other and all players are ready to go all out. I am sure that with the support of the organization we will achieve a lot.[requote2]

With a presence in the minor events and regional qualifiers, the team is aiming for larger things heading into the TI season.

Catch them live in action as they will battle through the open qualifiers for the Galaxy Battles on May 29th - looking for a place in the regional qualifiers and beyond.
