TnC pulled out from Epicenter qualifiers only a few days ago, citing internal issues. Today the Filipino organization is ready to reveal their new roster.
Theeban '1437' Siva will be replacing Ryo 'ryOr' Hasegawa at TnC and will take all the leading roles from Carlo 'Kuku' Palad’s shoulders. It’s very rare when a mid or a carry player holds the captain role as well in a Dota 2 team. Kuku has done that for TnC for a long time now and although he proved to be a very successful leader in the past, the recent results demand a change. 1437’s addition will hopefully allow TnC to regain their form in time to produce another surprise at The International in August this year.
TnC roster from position 1 to 5:
Marc Polo 'Raven' Luis Fausto
Carlo 'Kuku' Palad
Sam 'Sam_H' Enojosa Hidalgo
Timothy 'Tims' Randrup
Theeban '1437' Siva
According to the official announcement made by TnC, replacing Ryor in the current Dota 2 roster does not mean the end of his career under their banner. The organization is planning something new for their support player, however they didn’t disclose any details yet.
If TnC is planning to build a secondary team or if they find a role of Ryor alongside their analyst Kips, remains to be seen. There’s plenty of time for everyone to practice and get ready for the big battle in Seattle. Until then, TnC will be making their first LAN appearance in the new formula later this week, at SarLadder i-league Invitational Season 2. They are seeded in Group A and the opening series will be held on the 18th of May against the Chinese powerhouse Invictus Gaming.
