Cast and Teehee released from TNC, leaving just three members

TNC are first to announce changes to their roster after the Boston Major qualifiers.

TNC took a huge blow in the post-TI6 shuffle despite their incredible run in Seattle where they reached top eight in the main event after coming from open qualifiers. Three of their members left the team to pursue their dreams with Fnatic, and TNC was forced to rebuild almost from scratch. The two players who remained with the team back in September are standing by TNC's side today, as well. Carlo 'Kuku' Palad and Sam 'SamH' Hidalgo will continue to fight for the Filipino team alongside Ryo 'Ryoyr' Hasegawa, who joined TNC this fall.

According to TNC's official announcement earlier today, the decision of parting ways with Mark 'Cast' Pilar and Linuel 'Teehee' Abanto came from the fact that the team as a whole “didn’t fit well together”.

We want to thank Mark 'Cast' Pilar and Linuel 'Teehee' Abanto we greatly appreciate the time and efforts that you spent with us these past few months. We came to this decision because of the simple fact that the team didn’t fit well together, both of them are talented players and we wish them good luck in their future endeavors in the professional Dota 2 scene - extract from TNC’s announcement

At the end of their announcement TNC mentions that they are still looking for new talent to fill the two empty spots. Released from any tournament pressure in the near future, TNC has plenty of time to find their two new players, and they can even afford to wait for the post-Boston Major shuffle to come into play.

TNC current roster:

Philippines Carlo 'Kuku' Palad
Philippines Sam 'SamH' Hidalgo
Philippines Ryo 'Ryoyr' Hasegawa
