Launched at the end of March this year, WellPlay Invitational returns with its second iteration and another $3,000 prize pool up for grabs.
Seven teams were directly invited to the tournament and one more will join them via closed qualifiers. Despite losing two of their core members, the WellPlay defending champions Power Rangers will compete at this event as well.
Prior to the online main event, the closed qualifiers will commence on the 16th of May with four teams entering the competition in a single elimination bracket, best-of-three format.
The online main event dates are not set in stone yet, but it will almost certainly take place at the end of May.

The format for the main event is a double elimination bracket, with best-of-three series up until the climax, which will feature a best-of-five grand finals. Only the winners of the tournament and the runners up will split the $3,000 prize pool as follows:
1st place: 2,500
2nd place: $500
The entire tournament will be broadcast via Hitbox in English and Russian languages.
