Empire started the day strong, with two quick 2-0s, 4C&L managed to take down Vega 2-0 and NLG managed to 1-1 them.
It is still too early in the group stages to make predictions on the groupstages, but Empire seems to be doing quite well, managing to secure two quick 2-0s out of their three games. As for Vega, they started off shaky, going 1-1 against NLG and then losing 2-0 to 4CL&L, however, Vega were able to find their momentum and take down Empire 2-0 at the end of the day.

Game one:
4C&L got off to a very strong start, securing five kills against Vega and also shutting down their mid lane Lina, but the lead did not turn into anything catastrophic for Vega. It was only at the 21 minute where 4CL&L managed to win a teamfight, trading three of Vega's heroes for their Wisp, this gave 4CL&L the momentum to finish the game.
Game two:
Vega had a strong early game in this game, securing kills on the enemy's Gyro and Broodmother. Before the Vega was able to snowball, 4CL&L managed to take two good fights, the first evened out the game and the second, propelled them into a 9k net worth advantage; the lead kept building in 4CL&L's favor and they managed to take the game.
Game one:
The game started off relatively slow with only a few kills swapped back and forth. The equilibrium was broken when Vega managed to trade their Windrunner for four of Empire's hero, after this fight, Vega got a few good trades and found pick offs with their Windrunner. This allowed Vega to create a giant lead and convincingly win the game.
Game two:
Vega picked up a Spectre into the Ember and Night Stalker of Empire. It was a race against time for Empire and a game to delay for Vega, in the early and mid game, Empire was unable to gain a lead and after a bad fight against Vega, Vega's Spectre hit critical mass and allowed Vega to push forwards to victory.
