The holidays are approaching fast and D2CL is back with a special treat to spread joy, with the Dota 2 Champions League: Christmas Charity Magic
After the completion of the D2CL Season 6, they are back with something special for the holidays. Dreamz Media together with G2A, Twitch, Egamingbets and FaceIT present the Dota 2 Champions League: Christmas Charity Magic.The money raised through the sale of tickets will be sent to the Food for the Hungry charity. Dreamz Media and FaceIT will also add $2 to the charity pool for every ticket sold and this is only applicable for the first 10,000 tickets.
Any team will be able to participate in the online qualifiers which will be organized by FaceIT. These open qualifier games are ticketed and will be available on DotaTv.

Each qualifier will have 2 teams who will progress to the main bracket.
The main event is scheduled from Dec 1st - Dec 20th
Another innovative feature about this tournament is that the teams participating have the option of choosing the mode before the match. This will be done by banning modes from a list and enabling them to choose something comfortable for both the teams.
