Started in January this year, the online League DotaPit Season 3 is resuming after dozens of reschedules, starting tonight with Cloud 9 versus Mousesports the League finally has the long – expected game between Team Secret and Evil Geniuses scheduled for June 13.
Although the previous season took only three months in total to conclude, this year things look more complicated for the teams involved. Having a lot of LAN events ongoing, a major patch (6.84) released and on top of that The International 5 qualifiers happening to deal with, teams just pushed the patience of the DotaPit 3 Compendium owners over the limit.
Secret vs EG, a much anticipated series for a lot of fans from both sides has been up in the air for an absurdly long time, and became a mocking subject between these two teams. Recently at The Summit 3, Team Secret was calling out EG because they kept avoiding the game.
In fact, the wait was so long that the Compendium even hit the final stretch goal before the tournament resumed. Starting from $80,000 the prize pool for DotaPit League Season 3 has reached $265,378 courtesy of Compendium sales which is a substantial increase compared to last year’s final amount of $80,956.
Now that the scene has calmed down, there is finally time for the organizers to schedule the rest of the season.

However, these are the only matches that were set and it is unknown when the upcoming matches will be after this.
