Invictus Gaming are the final team to be invited to the Major All Star lan, they will be joining seven other teams in Kuala Lumpur to battle for their stake in the $100,00 prize pool.
All eight teams going to the Major All Star lan event has been confirmed; however, there is a chance that Invasion will consider pulling out of the tournament, having lost two players in the recent reshuffle, opening a slot for another team, possibly the new SEA EHOME.
The event will be taking place on the 20th to 22nd of March will feature top teams from around the world battling in a double elimination bracket for the first prize of at least $45,000. With all eight teams confirmed, it is now possible to speculate on the favorites of the tournament. The favorites going into this tournament are probably, Empire and IG.
Empire have been putting on a good performance recently, taking down top teams from their region with ease, such as Asus.Polar and NiP. As for IG, their recent roster change with the addition of Xu 'BurNIng' Zhi Lei adds an extremely valuable asset to the team, giving them a safety net when their 'give Ferrari a good start' plan fails.
